Better Budget Challenge #6

This week, Kacie is challenging us to try something different with our grocery shopping.

I really like my current system, but I am always up for something new, and so I have decided to try out The Grocery Game. Right now, they are offering a one month trial for $1, so I will see how I do in the coming weeks.

It is interesting how it works, you pick your local store(s) and it will generate a list of items that are deeply discounted and includes information on coupons to use to boost your savings. It looks promising and I know that Lynnae has used it with success, so I am hoping that it will work well for me.

I plan on keeping every one in the loop, we’ll see where this new “game” takes me!

Have you ever used The Grocery Game? Have you used a similar site or service? How do you find ways to save money on your groceries? I’d love to hear from everyone!

If you would like to join in the Better Budget Challenge, head over to Sense to Save and check it out.

Happy Budgeting!

    Cool!

I haven’t used the Grocery Game since only one store in my area is listed (I think). Still, it might be worth a shot.

I can’t wait to hear how it goes!

I use the grocery game. I love it. You really see the benefits if you stick with it over time. I have a stocked pantry and much lower grocery bills.

At my website http://www.CarriesCooking.com I meal plan using mostly items I get through the grocery game.
