Hey glad you enjoyed my entry. I wrote it in response to the many google hits I get which are all like “I have x million dollars, can I retire?” where X ranges from 1 to 7. My instinct is always to reply, yes yes yes, you can. A quarter million will do. But then I figured, if these guys are spending $100k or even $200k a year, then the answer is no way you can retire yet.
